Each month we will feature some of our favorites. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Baked Fish Bruschetta INGREDIENTS: Wind & Willow Bruschetta Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix Any Fish Fillets about 1 Tb. Melted butter DIRECTIONS: Place fish fillets in the bottom of a baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Bruschetta Mix and Bruschetta Topping over the fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes apart with a fork. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bruschetta Celery Snacks INGREDIENTS: Wind & Willow Bruschetta Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix Celery Stalks DIRECTIONS: Prepare Bruschetta Cheeseball per package directions but do not roll in topping. Clean celery and cut into 3 to 4" pieces. Fill with Bruschetta cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Bruschetta topping. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bruschetta Foccacia INGREDIENTS: Wind & Willow Bruschetta Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix 1 pkg. pizza dough mix or refrigerated pizza dough 2 Tbsp. olive oil DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven according to pizza package directions Mix pizza dough according to directions adding the bruschetta mix (or knead bruschetta mix into refrigerated pizza dough). Press dough into a 10” circle and cover with plastic wrap for 20-30 minutes. Dimple the dough with your fingers or the end of a wooden spoon. Sprinkle bruschetta topping mix evenly over dough and drizzle with olive oil. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. |
